What your purchase includes

The dealership edition costs $29.99 USD and supplies a 13-page printable PDF. The customized edition costs $59.99 USD and includes one cover personalization using your dealership name and supplied logo, plus access to the standard PDF. These are one-time digital purchases. No physical books, printing, crayons or shipping are included.

One dealership location

The purchase grants non-exclusive permission to print unlimited copies for free giveaways to visiting families at the single dealership location stated on the order. You may keep an internal backup and give employees at that location access solely to print these copies. The license continues without a subscription. Additional locations require separate licenses.

Restrictions

Do not resell the PDF or printed copies, distribute the digital file outside the licensed location, post it online or claim the artwork as your own. Customization does not transfer ownership of the book. Your dealership retains its rights in its own logo and supplied branding.

Delivery and customization

The standard PDF can be downloaded from your private order page after confirmed payment. A private order link is also sent by email. Delayed payment methods must clear before access is granted. Customized orders require the dealership name and a PNG, JPG or PDF logo up to 2 MB, uploaded after payment. Custom production is manual and delivery timing will be confirmed by email after artwork review. The Ask The Finance Guy artwork remains in the book. Additional revisions or artwork creation are not included unless agreed separately.

Order problems and refunds

Contact us promptly if you ordered the wrong edition or location, cannot download your file, or receive a defective file. We will help restore access or correct a defective file; if we cannot supply the purchased product, we will refund the affected purchase. Duplicate charges will be refunded. For customized orders, cancellation is available before custom work begins. Once the standard file has been accessed or custom work has begun, change-of-mind refunds are not offered, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Artwork and privacy

Only submit branding you have permission to use. Uploaded artwork, dealership details and your order reference are sent to our order inbox to fulfill the purchase. Do not upload customer data or confidential documents. See our privacy information.
